SOMERVILLE – The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at 27 Warren St. will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13, 14 and 15, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., but will close permanently after Dec. 15.
