Pollworkers needed for General Election 2017

The Somerset County Election Board is hiring voters to serve as poll workers for the upcoming General Election on November 8. Please use the text below if you have space on your town’s website or bulletin board.

Somerset County Board of Elections is looking for registered voters to serve as poll workers on Election days.

Training is provided prior to every Election and poll workers are paid $200 per Election.

Training classes for new workers are being held in 40 N. Bridge St. in Somerville on October 4 (AM) and October 25 (PM).  We are especially looking for pollworkers in the towns of Bernards, Bernardsville, Branchburg, Bridgewater, Green Brook, Hillsborough, Montgomery, North Plainfield, Peapack-Gladstone, Warren & Watchung. Bilingual Spanish speakers are also needed. Please tell them to contact us if they would like to attend a class.
